The Bako Kontagora Stadium in Minna has been the home ground of Niger Tornadoes FC for decades, hosting NPFL fixtures and serving as a fortress where visiting sides find few easy points.
The stadium is currently undergoing renovation to meet Nigeria Football Federation club-licensing specifications. Club chairman Dr Abubakar Kuso has confirmed the work resumed in July 2026, with completion targeted before the 2026/27 NPFL season kicks off in August. See the full renovation update for details.
Once reopened, the stadium offers terrace and covered grandstand seating options, with dedicated accessible seating areas available on request. On-site parking and concessions are available for supporters on matchday.
